Refund Policy
Because we have had a history of a significant number of campers registering just to reserve a spot while they consider other summer plans, camps, vacations, etc. and thereafter cancelling (impacting other families who, in the interim, have chosen different camps), and in an effort to limit the registration load on our website to only those who are committed to attending camp if they register, we have changed our refund policy to the following:
- All cancellations made prior to May 1 for any session will be refunded at 50% of the registration fee.
- Cancellations made on or after May 1 will not be refunded except at the discretion of Hoops4Life management for documented health and emergency related reasons.
- Hoops4Life reserves the right to dismiss a camper for the session for repeated and/or serious conduct/behavior issues without any refund being provided.
